Over the past 40 years we have been a leading developer of noise, dust, and fume control systems and today we are leading the way by developing suitable clean energy systems to help reduce industries’ carbon footprint.

Don Hollick  
Managing Director

After gaduating from Monash Univeristy Don has worked as an Engineer on various projects for the last 40+ years.  These projects have been varied in both size and scope including major infrastructure developments, including Roadways, Hopitals and Power Stations.  Other projects Don has been involved in include Mining, Construction and back up power generation systems both in Australia and across the South Pacific.

Ali Heidari
Snr Design Engineer

Ali has over 20 years of experience in the planning, design and construction management of HVAC and Power Generation projects. 
Following completion of his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering & Master of Biomechanics at Tehran Polytechnic, Ali started his career in project management.
Ali gained a wide range of experience in capacities as Project Manager, Team Leader and Operations Manager in the industry across the Middle East, Australia and the Pacific.
He has been involved in the sales and delivery of a number of large and diverse projects throughout Australia.

Jeff Moon

I love building and scaling innovative businesses!
Particularly in the FMCG industry and renewable energy sector.  Jeff's skills in Business Planning & Development, Management and Marketing Strategy give him the ability to develop creative solutions to problem solving and innovation. 
Strong education professional with a Business/Marketing focus long with Leadership and Finance, MBA from Swinburne and BBus from Monash University. 
Most weekends you will find Jeff on water either sailing, surfing or hanging out with the family.
